“I design programs, experiences, and learning spaces rooted in women’s health, embodied practices, seasonal living, and plant-based knowledge.”
I work in the field of women’s health and cyclic wellbeing, supporting women through education, practice, and community-based projects.
My work focuses on hormonal health, menstrual literacy, pelvic health, fertility, and life transitions — through an integrated, body-based approach.
I am a certified and experienced teacher of yoga, breathwork, and somatic movement, working at the intersection of embodiment, body sciences, and lived experience.
My practice includes:
I work with the body as an intelligent system, where breath, movement, and awareness support regulation, resilience, and wellbeing.
I run detox and awareness programs focused on:
These programs are rooted in territory, seasons, and practical health knowledge.
Through Lunaria Institute and independent collaborations, I develop projects and trainings dedicated to women’s wellbeing.
I have worked in Italy and abroad, across Europe, Asia and North Africa, contributing to initiatives focused on health education, access to knowledge, and culturally sensitive care.
NATURE
TERRITORY
LIVING TRADITIONS
I work with plants and flowers as living systems of knowledge, care, and transformation.
My practice brings together:
– Herbal medicine and flower essences
– Natural and holistic approaches to health
– Cross-cultural plant wisdom from East and West
(Ayurveda, Persian Traditional Medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Mediterranean traditions)
Plants are also part of my kitchen and daily life.
I cook with medicinal and aromatic herbs
during retreats, workshops, and events, and I teach:
– How to use herbs in everyday cooking
– How food becomes medicine through awareness and seasonality
– How nourishment connects culture, pleasure, and care
I am based in Assisi, a land surrounded by forests, hills, and relatively intact ecosystems.
My work is in continuous dialogue with the territory, learning from landscapes, plants, and seasonal rhythms, while remaining informed by science and contemporary health knowledge.
Travel is an integral part of my work and teaching.
I design and host conscious journeys and retreats rooted in respect for land, cultures, and ecosystems, guided by a place-based and non-colonial approach.
These experiences value local knowledge, cultural context, and ecological balance, offering travel as a form of learning, relationship, and care.
I host experiences regularly in Assisi, Italy, and collaborate internationally.
